Please note that information shared via Facebook Business Page, Messenger, or WhatsApp may be stored by those platforms and is outside my direct control.If you choose to share any sensitive medical or health information, I will only retain and use this information if we proceed with treatment, and I will require your explicit consent to do so. Cancellation Policy
When making an appointment you are agreeing to my cancellation policy.
I will send you a reminder of your appointment the day before.
Please understand I am a sole trader of a small business which is reliant on confirmed appointments.
Late or no show appointments place a significant impact on my business as it's virtually impossible to replace these appointments at such short notice.
By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to my cancellation policy. I will send you a reminder the day before your scheduled session.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without charge.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or missed entirely will incur a 100% charge, which must be paid before any future bookings.
If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be adjusted accordingly.
Please note that full or partial refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
Professional membership & insurance
I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR). Being a full member of the AoR demonstrates that I have a nationally recognised Diploma in Reflexology.
As an AoR member: 12996
I am bound by the AOR Code of Practice and Ethics.
I follow the AoR Good Practice Policy and hygiene guidance to ensure client safety.
I will always be adequately insured for medical malpractice /professional indenmity requirements. The industry standard is in excess of £5 million cover.
I comply with the AoR Continuing Professional Development requirements which ensures my practice is kept up to date.
I am compliant with GDPR data protection, please see my separate GDPR policy. Your information will remain confidential at all times.
As a professional and highly qualified reflexologist with MAR status, I will provide you with the appropriate bespoke treatment and support.
I am also a member of the UK Reiki federation reiki fed.co..uk largest Reiki-only professional organisation in the UK and Europe
Provision of additional therapies
• I offer other therapies in addition to reflexology. I provide Indian Head Massage and Hopi Ear Candle treatments to the same high standard expected by the AoR for reflexology. I also have insurance in place for these additional therapies.
