What happens at my Reflexology appointment ?
On the first visit a consultation will take place to determine your present and past health and lifestyle. A reflexology session consists of working the feet or the hands and usually lasts about an hour with additional time for consultation. During your treatment I will wipe your feet, then work on your feet with a lotion or wax, the feeling Is, extremely relaxing. I bring to this treatment different Reflexology techniques, which I have gained over the years from my passion for well being, receiving regular treatments for my own wellbeing and training.
How will I feel after my Reflexology treatment ?
After your Reflexology session most people feel a sense of wellbeing and relaxation. Sometimes people report feeling lethargic, but this is temporary and is part of the healing process. Please inform me should this sensation occur, as this will indicate how well your body is responding to treatment.
Many clients have reported that Reflexology has had a positive effect on both their physical and mental health, with many continuing to have a regular Reflexology session, after their initial health issue has been resolved.
Reflexology should not be used as an alternative to seeing your Doctor or taking medical advice. It is a complementary therapy and can be used alongside other medical treatments.

Indian Head Massage
Also known as Champissage, Indian Head Massage is a holistic treatment based on the Ayurvedic system of healing. It has been practised in India for over a thousand years.
Indian head massage focuses on your head, neck and shoulders and was originally used to improve scalp and hair condition. It is a deep massage, using a variety of pressure and techniques, including circular massage strokes on your scalp, deep tissue work on your shoulders, and stretching the neck.
Benefits of Indian head massage
This form of massage focuses on the three higher "chakras" - mind, body and spirit and as such hits your energy epicentre.
It doesn't seem sufficient to say that a good Indian head massage will relax you. It's more than this. It can make you feel detached and serene, leave you sighing and wordless, but also alert and clear-headed, alleviating brain-fog and stress.
Indian head massage stimulates blood flow, lymph and oxygen in your upper body, and therefore may relieve sinusitis, relieve stress and help you sleep better. And because it is said to help cure headaches (even migraine), eye strain and anxiety, some say an Indian head massage can help you to concentrate better at work.
The optional of fragrant aromatherapy oils mixed enhances the experience
What to expect from an Indian head massage ?
A complete Indian head massage will probably take between 30-40 mins
Indian head Massage is different to scalp massage because it is performed with the Client in a seated position.
